Salam...Akhirnya,aku dah jumpa duit syiling yang ada EXTRA DOT, dan yang bestnya ada 3 biji EXTRA DOT(Sebiji depan,2 biji belakang).Aku panggil syiling ni "Jin Mata Tiga"...kekekeke.Punya lah sussah aku nak amik gambar ni, maklumlah syiling 5sen,kenonit(kecik) sangat. This is called die chip error.It is not really an error but some metal occasionally chipped off from the die(negative image ). Upon striking, these holes or depression will create a raised metal or blob on the coin upon stiking. In your case where there are many raised dots, big and small, it can be due to a rusty die used where you probably find small and irregular holes on the die. Upon striking, these holes on the die will create raised metals on your coin above, The same explanation goes to the 50 cents 1988 'extra dot' which is just a die chip.
